If NASA can get its HLV operating by 2016, Bigelow might be able to launch its largest space stations by 2017.
I'd also love to see NASA reduce its funding for the ISS (~$3 billion a year) so that they could purchase of few of these cheap Bigelow Space stations in order to place them in an orbit that has a cheaper delta-v requirement for launches from American soil.
