I've heard talk of a super lifter, but, I still think the money could be spent better on African launch facilities and let commercial space business plan with America's launch towns.
What is your opinion about small town development around America...
I think this new bill is just what is needed. Keeps skilled work force entacted. Uses exciting infastructure. Plus, most important, no single company would ever have the ablities to build an HLV the size needed to launch a reactor that will be needed for deep space or even Lunar/Martian Ice to oxygen/water/fuel production.
