Only in space. Not on earth. In fact, it is the only way to get around in space.

Nuclear power is used for commercial reactors and for America's nuclear navy (aircraft carriers and submarines).
And so far, nuclear power has been the safest source of energy production ever invented: far safer than coal, oil, gas, hydroelectric, wind and rooftop solar.
